This is the worst office I've ever saw in my entire life. They are slow as Chirstmas. Doing this on purpose so they can ruin their excitement and refuse to give their packages right now.

I didn't realize the post office was doing curbside delivery now! (Video from May 26, 2026) I just love getting home to find our packages laying in the wet grass on the side of the road. But that's not even my biggest problem right now so buckle up, there's more. Here's the thing; we had a tree down in our carport driveway for a several months making it difficult to turn around in so I'd totally understand not delivering mail there. Yet, despite that, USPS, FedEx and UPS have routinely still delivered packages to the carport door. Kudos there! However, last week our mailbox got hit and was missing for a few days and now suddenly our packages are no longer being delivered and we're having to pick them up at the post office, including packages that wouldn't (or SHOULDN'T) fit in the mailbox. Our mailbox is fixed now (which I did mention to them Monday) and yet we still just got a notification that a package "couldn't" be delivered despite some being delivered since then? Why would the mailbox being damaged mean packages can't be taken to the door like they always have been and why deliver some items to the repaired mailbox but not the others?? Trying to call never goes through to a person and so I have to spend half and hour and a good amount of gas going out to pick up something that we paid to have delivered to our house. Our driveway is no longer blocked and even if it was, we have a second driveway and SEVERAL other doors it could be delivered to. I know they know about these other doors, because our deliveries end up at a different door just about every other time they get dropped off, or, if we're REALLY lucky, set out in the rain on whatever surface they find in our driveway. Covered front porch? Nah, let's leave the package on the work table exposed to the rain or sitting in the mud by a basement door. Too big to fit in the mailbox? Says who!? Just cram it in anyways, the fragile sticker is really just an opinion. Leave it at the door under the carport? Nope, the edge of the carport where the rain still reaches seems like a MUCH better spot for a cardboard package. The people I've interacted with in person have generally been nice and the delivery guy seems ok too but it's a little ridiculous that we're paying for a delivery service that can't be bothered to actually deliver items correctly. I know mail delivery is stressful and chronically short staffed and I feel for them but this is still unacceptable..
