  God awful post office. I have been sent a young girl's insulin before. Not the same address, not the same name, no relation, but I got her insulin. I've worked with it before which is why I realized the packaging. Took it to the proper address myself and delivered it. The dad was very thankful because usps had already had the package floating around and didn't have anymore. My neighbors and I CONSTANTLY have our packages being delivered at random people's houses with dissimilar addresses or it's reported our address don't exist or can't be found. It's always some level of abysmal negligence. This time they have delivered hundreds of dollars of goods that will get destroyed by water, on someone else's porch, on a rainy day. So once again I have to hope that the package got delivered into the hands of someone who is actually responsible while I have to track down this mysterious stranger. Usps provides no information on the actual address they delivered the package to so it is going to be another week of fighting. These people are God awful

  Packages aren't getting delivered to Lakes At River Bend. Notified by shipper that packages are delivered and no large item box key left. Either the postal worker is putting keys in wrong box or is marking delivered when its not. Tried calling but no one will answer the phone at Leland post office. Had to file a service complaint (88997580) with the main post office and still no calls from Leland.

  This post office is very busy but their customer service is great. They are knowledgeable and helpful with questions.

  Ordered my mom a brand name, high value item off the internet. Paid over $120. I chose the Postal Service over Amazon for the delivery, thinking I'd do my part to help the little guy. It's almost June and still no package. Only after going online to file a service request did a real human being, and not someone located in India, reach out to me. She said the other carriers could not find it, and she would email me a link to have to send to Belk's, to get the reimbursement process going. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still no email. This all began with me receiving a text stating the package was just delivered inside your mailbox. I was at the mailbox within 60 seconds...not a single thing in the mailbox. It's beginning to be apparent, that someone within the Postal Service may have stolen my mom's very expensive Mother's Day gift. You call the Leland Post Office only for the line to disconnect as a result of no one answering after 3½ full minutes of ringing. My next step is to consult a lawyer and go from there.
