I felt horrible making him stay but he did so with a smile on his face with my difficult request of shipping kind of complicated out of country. Don’t come at 6:55 when they close at 7 and bother these people like I did! But he was so kind!

I have no clue how to ship anything and I had to ship documents and include a prepaid return mailer and Bonita made the process so EASY. I went to UPS, and USPS and literally they gave me 0 direction and help but PostNet made the process like pie. Bonita was so kind and helpful and understanding through the process too and the store has an amazing atmosphere. Plus it wasn't super crowded like other mail offices. 100/10
