  We have had the same mail lady since we moved in. She has not been the best at all. We have a larger mail box and she will shove packages in there, even if they say fragile she doesn’t care at all. They’re shoved so tightly I can’t pull them out of the mailbox! I left her a note about that one. Ok now we are having issues with her not even delivering our packages, she doesn’t want to get out of her vehicle to sit something on our porch, so she puts on there that it will be attempted again. But little did I know, she never attempts again, she just leaves it sitting at the post office and leaves a note for me to pick up. The packages are not large at all, one was a PACK OF DIAPERS in one box that she refused to drop off. We went to the postal office and online it said my package was being “attempted again and out for delivery” when indeed it was sitting in the back in a buggy. She didn’t even have it with her.🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s hard to drive a hour from work to the postal office when I barely get off in time to get there, when I shouldn’t have to, to begin with. I have called and spoke with the postal master and I surely hope something gets done, or I will Escalade this to higher.

  Walked right in. Gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. Picked up my package without any hassle at all. Very efficient. Staff was great.

  If I could do a 1/2 a star I would, I was at my friends house and a large man open carrying a gun on his side at 10:00 at night on a Sunday being very aggressive and telling my friend he needs to come get his packages and 2 weeks ago he had went up there to get his packages and they told him they didn’t have anything for him that they were sending packages back and not holding them this is the worst post office in the world it smells awful and is absolutely disgusting on the inside

  Since they don't deliver to a home that's clearly marked with the street number but has no mailbox (even if it did have one, the packages won't fit and have to be taken to the porch), I have to go directly to the post office to pick it up. I've often called beforehand so it won't be a wasted trip but most of the time, nobody answers and when they do, they lie and say my packages have not arrived. I check back on a later date only to find out the person who was working when I called before clearly didn't look hard enough to see the package had been there for days. When I arrive, they tell me a carrier may have it with them even though I have filled out a form to have them hold the mail at the post office. What was supposed to be easy and quick mail, delivered within about 2 days time, ends up taking over a week for me to actually receive because they lose the mail at the actual post office. If they would just deliver it to the address, none of this would be an issue. The Federal Government does NOT enforce their law regarding vandalized mailboxes, so that persistent problem remains a problem with mine, making it impossible to keep replacing it and thus, giving the post office a reason to be lazy. The Lawndale, NC post office has got to be the worst post office in the country. I wish I could give one quarter of a star, but alas, I'm not provided the option for fractions.
