The regular mail carrier has repeatedly been unwilling to come into our business to retrieve outgoing mail, even when a pickup has been properly scheduled through the USPS website. I also contacted the Postmaster for assistance, but the issue was not resolved. As a local business that sends mail on a daily basis, we need reliable and professional service. I hope USPS management will address these concerns, improve accountability, and ensure that businesses receive the level of service they depend on.
