- AMAntonio MagniDec 27, 20225.0The guy in charge of the passports made a big error( he forgot to send the naturalization with the paperwork 😣 ) but today, the woman that was working, helped me. In less than 5 minutes helped me with sending it, 1 day delivery with tracking number and free of charge. She understood that was not my mistake and quickly fixed it, I wonder if the passports guy would have done the same or maybe he could have made an extra error. Anyway the five stars are for Lori, the girl who helped me, really efficient fast and I could actually talk with her, most of the time you have to deal with untrained people but this time I was really lucky to find her! Again, thank you very much Lori!
- MBMonica BizzellDec 19, 20191.0The mail carrier be putting someone else mail in somebody else mailbox and that has happen a bunches of time it seems also when you someone recieve a package they forget all about it and then come back and bring it too lagrange mail carrier needs to get better at deliverying mail because it is very terrible and some of my important mail i dont get its in someone else mail box its just ridiclous
