- PLPhillip L LydeJul 2, 20265.0My previous ⭐️ star was 🚫 an indictment on the Knightdale location, but he the current processing system that doesn't discern middle initials for people who have the same first and last names; Tiffany did a stellar job assisting me on a lost package 📦 that had been forwarded and "in transit" for almost a month. She was able to locate it <24hrs of the second package going back out, saving the frustration of another issue. THANK YOU TIFFANY AND THE KNIGHTDALE OFFICE 🙏🏽
