  This ups store was outstanding ! Customer service was excellent asia was patient and friendly and understanding. An quite frankly funny lol . I recommend this store 100 percent

  Here is to the well versed on the law UPS notaries. You claim that legally both parties have to be present when signing over a car tittle. I understand if that is your own out of “ignorance” policy, but don’t claim that is the law.

  Third time in the store this month. Walk in three clerks standing around, a lot of tension like walked in on disagreement. I looked at all three and choose one. She processed two of my Amazon returns and the third one needed a printed label. She said email that to us for $1.80 and we will print and ship it. Then said step aside. I was like no I will send it to u and wait. She said step aside. So I said will do this another time. She was so rude!!!!!!!! I may just start driving into Raleigh to be helped !! Update 06MAY2026: To the store owner, it is not the $1.80 that is the problem. It is that she couldn't wait half a second to have me email the label and instead wanted me to step aside and wait again, the line was filling up but there were three other clerks there besides her. This time being rude was not the first time this month I had witnessed her behavior; on a prior visit there was a customer with a pink work out suit on and they were talking inappropriately about how fine she looked in it and clamoring on about "I know that girl". Then her and the male clerk were making sounds like "uhm hum" even when she was ringing me up. If she can be cordial to some customers and not to others then she doesn't belong in customer service.
