- EEElvAug 5, 20261.0I ordered a part for my car that was supposed to come before the end of our trip, where they didn’t even attempt to deliver it they just immediately sent it back to the seller because it’s a rental. Literally within a few hours of the same morning it was supposed to come, they sent it back, no attempt to hold it or anything. Now I’m going to have to risk driving a busted car back home.
- MAM AliceJul 31, 20261.0Being a Constitutionally created entity this is one of the most important democratic symbols of our country. The Kitty Hawk Post Office is a disgrace to our democracy. The carrier does not deliver mail consistently, incoming mail languishes for days before they dein to deliver, phone number is never answered. The only way to get their attention is through complaints to their bosses in the USPS HQ. I have had to do this repeatedly. Pity. I always respected my mail carrier as a kid. I thought they had the most important job. Now...I am just sad.

- HTHunter TurnageJun 29, 20261.0They keep saying they have attempted delivery but I can go up to the post office and pick it up within 20-30 minutes after attempted delivery and it is at the post office because they never attempted or even put it on the vehicle. I was told by one person that they mark it as delivered so I know it is there to go pick it up. That is not how delivery works. I was told they will talk with the driver and they will do better but the next thing I ordered the same thing is happening.

I used to entrust the USPS with all of my shipping needs, your inability to be reliable is forcing me to utilize other carriers, who are more capable, and trustworthy. You should be ashamed of yourselves, no embarrassed for letting your community down.
