- SFS FJun 5, 20261.0I would leave zero stars, but there is no option to do so so unfortunately I had to leave one star . For the Love of Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix please tell your mail carriers that work the highway 66 area to stop putting the wrong mail in the wrong mailboxes 🤯. This is an ongoing problem and must be stopped. I have 15 people's mail in my mailbox but no mail in my mailbox for me, so that must mean all my mail is in every one else's mailboxes where IT DOESN'T BELONG. Please tell your carriers to pay attention and do their job for Christ's sake. It is very simple to sort through mail and insert it into the correct mailboxes and doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out 😵💫

It's now a week later and they are telling me I can't get a refund on next day air. Why did you even let me try to ship it for 100 dollars if it wasn't gonna be there. In the past, they have always just charged me postage and put them in the machine that puts postage on them. This literally takes 3 seconds per card and I had twenty, so apparently it’s too much to ask them to do 60 seconds worth of customer service work for $9.40 in profit.
