  Customer service is unprofessional and unfriendly. The woman, Tashi respectfully. Lacks common soft skills, in this particular interaction was plain nasty. I ask her for a receipt she like "what, you want a receipt" - nasty tone. I wouldn't have asked if I didn't (Told her nicely) or "if given as an option". Just really not great energy. Hope whatever she's going through gets better. But hey, job gets done that's all that matters today. Need improvement as "Customer service".

  Black lady named Toshi at the front desk was so rude to an elderly man that she was SUPPOSED to be helping. Finally a customer came over to help him. I felt so bad for him. Then after she embarrassed him she threw his package on the counter and smarted off to him some more.

  That Tishi Tashi girl has to GO! She was extremely rude for absolutely no reason, and I felt that her behavior was especially disrespectful toward Hispanics. I clearly noticed that she had a conversation with another person of color, and her tone and demeanor were completely different. Also, I was trying to use the copy machine, and there were no signs indicating that it was out of order. She watched me struggle with it for several minutes before finally giving me an attitude and telling me that it was out of order. How was I supposed to know that if there was no sign or notice posted? Then, she instructed me to get on the regular line, only to have me stand in the exact same place I was originally standing — at the front door for passport services. The entire interaction was unnecessary and could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. I strongly believe some disciplinary action should be taken regarding this behavior. She is not doing customers a favor; this is a job that she chose and is being paid to perform. If she is that miserable or unhappy in her position, perhaps she should consider finding work that brings her more satisfaction instead of taking her frustration out on customers. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity. This type of behavior should not be tolerated.

  I wish I could give this place negative stars. I just had a DELIGHTFUL interaction with a woman named Tashi who quite literally THREW MY PACKAGES AS HARD AS SHE COULD IN THE BIN in front of me because she didn't like a question I asked, and not in just a "having a bad day" attitude, like this woman was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. A guy behind me asked a question and she rolled her eyes and said "that's obvious, sir, why are you asking me that." It was not an obvious question. Why on Earth would you keep a woman employed like that. I've never seen people treated this appallingly. If you have any self respect at all, you need to get rid of her immediately.

  Just tried to return a pkg & never had to do it before so I asked her black heavy set lady what need to do she already rude when I walked in asked she said u can purchase tape 3.99 plus tax or u can take it home tape up bag bring it back for inspection & we mail it ..she rolled her eyes at me & sit down on her phone to me thats not customer service she she dont wanna do her job then why come to work...was waiste of my gas,time $ .
