    The post office was not crowded, and there was plenty of parking. If you are looking for help and good customer service stay away. If you want to hear the gossip about the employees and see the people at the counter on their phones, this is the place to go. I was very frustrated and left feeling like my package was not even going to be mailed.

    The black woman attending customers was the most rudest person I have ever encountered. If she’s not happy with her life decision in working for the post office in which she has to deal with people daily; then maybe she needs to find a new profession. Came into the office to submit passports and she said “ you didn’t see the sign on the door” but in such a manner uncalled for. A rude and dead tone. First of all the sign should have been faced out so when customers walk in it’s visible. It was placed facing in so your seeing the sign when your walking out actually. How are customers going to see a sign that is hidden and facing in instead of out. DO BETTER!

    I stood in line for 10 mins then had to deal with Tashi.I didn’t realize the envelope I had didn’t have a seal. I asked for a very small piece of tape to seal the back of the envelope and she told me no, they don’t provide tape. I don’t ask for the whole roll, just a small piece. She had a major attitude, very poor customer service!! I will be shipping everything through UPS from now on. I will never be back in there as long as she’s working!!

    I hate leaving bad reviews to the hard working people of USPS. But, the lady working in this particular location is extremely rude. She carries a negative attitude and doesn’t seem to care much. Went there for a passport appointment. Never going to this location again. If you don’t have the patience to help your customers, why are you working there? Next time, I probably need to check reviews before scheduling an appointment I guess.

    Very bad experience at this office while applying for my baby’s passport. I was assisted by Tashi and the service was unprofessional, with a bad attitude, no empathy, and inappropriate behavior toward the public. A process this important requires patience, respect, and proper guidance, but the service was cold and unhelpful throughout. Customer service urgently needs improvement.
