The crazy thing it’s that it says my wedding dresses didn’t make it because of the wrong “address” but the shoes made it and everything was ordered at the same time. I had to deliver them to another location, and hopefully I get them.

I do not know what the person who delivers the mail and packages be doing but for this to have happened 6 times in the past 2 months is ridiculous. They have even delivered packages to us that had a complete different address on it. Something needs to change they are not reliable at all.

I went in to speak with them about it and was I was told a supervisor would contact me about the missing package. I gave it a week for a supervisor to contact me and nothing. I went back in a week later and I have been standing in the post office for an hour just to get a letter stating that the post office delivered my package to the wrong address. This place needs to clean house and get new employees.
