Obviously sorry service plus all of us speaking out about it. Where's the accountability? Maybe we gotta speak out at town hall meetings. What's it gonna take? Where's the standard? They need an internal investigation to put a stop to this.

No wonder why so many are not using your services anymore. This is not a difficult issue. Who is running this place? It is such a shame our postal service is no longer considered the best in the world. For several years now, service is less and less a desired attribute here. Why continue to do things that will eventually give us a third world reputation. Maybe start with the Post Master General and work down.
