This post office returned the items stating insufficient address indicating my mom lived in an apartment. My mom lives in a single-family home not an apartment. This caused tension and blaming between me and the medical supply merchant. My mom had complained about the mail carrier not delivering her packages before and now I am starting to see that this is a problem. I will continue to report all issues until they are resolve about this post office. This is NOT ACCPETABLE.
