I noticed Party City opened inside of Staples when I went to drop off my Amazon returns. With a grandbaby having a birthday soon we will definitely know where to go for balloons! I'd like to add Staples does a great job handling returns. They make it a quick and smooth process. No having to rebox, tape, and spend money on postage to return something. Then you get to walk around and see what great sales they are currently offering and pick up a few things other retailers aren't offering. I'm always grabbing something for my grandbabies so why not do it while returning something 😉

I here not really knowing what I was doing. When the app would not give the options that I need on my phone. Charity stepped in and was very patient in walking me through the steps and it was not working, so she took over and got my flyers and postcards done. Bravo to Charity for her patience and great customer service today. She is the reason that I will return. She has helped me, which means she has helped my business needs. Thank you. Charity went above and beyond and was still taking care of customers as they came.

Everything would have been perfect if there hadn’t been an issue with the ink running low on some of the prints. Unfortunately, because of the timing of my event and the distance I had to travel, I didn’t have an opportunity to address the problem before using them. Other than that, the ordering process was smooth, and I was pleased with the overall experience. Would I use Staples again? Yes, I would. However, I’ve learned the importance of doing a thorough quality check before leaving with a large print order. Since this was my first time placing an order of this size, I wasn’t aware of what to look for. Overall, it was a good experience, but next time I’ll be sure to inspect everything carefully before leaving the store.

The representative was amazing! She saw that I was extremely stressed out and it was the day before our program and the flyers did not print correctly and she went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to fruition!
