I was just there to drop off an Amazon return. I was second in line. I walked up and stood behind a gentleman that was already there. I stood there a few minutes waching a female behind the desk who was doing something with large boxes on the counter in front of her. I assumed she had already greeted the man in front of me and was maybe doing something for him? I stood there long enough to start feeling like I was in the twilight zone. Finally she stops and turns to him and addressed what he needed. It took seconds. Then me. I said this is an Amazon return. I had it in the original packaging. She removed it. Inspected it. Put it in another package. Im standing there and because ive done this before and she was saying nothing I said do you need anything else from me? She didn't even look up and says no. So I start walking away. She then says excuse me...I came back and she hands me the original enveand tells me ill need to take that with me. She wasn't born for retail lol

Up until now I loved shopping at Staples in Jacksonville...up until they started hiring racist individuals. Was next online to pay and the cashier deliberately bypassed me and started to ring up a white customer behind me. That customer even told him I was next and he told him its ok and started to ring his orders up anyway. I alerted the manager only to see nothing done. In fact he tried to hurry me out the store. Kudos to the nice customer behind me. We met outside the store to share our astonishment. LAST DOLLAR I WILL EVER SPEND AT STAPLES

The associate Michael at the front counter, was very rude, ignored me when I spoke to him and proceeded to be very unfriendly, he checked us out without so much as a glance. I am very disappointed as I come here often and have never experienced such a poor attitude. I will not be returning to this staples anymore. With overpriced stationary and an unwelcoming atmosphere I truly don’t think I’ll miss this place. Sincerely Tracy Zayas.

Rude older lady at checkout. Doesn’t listen to the customer and refuses to scan a barcode that it tells you to present to pickup your order. Makes you wait an extra 15 min because of her ignorance to the process provided in the email. Has done this multiple times, same woman. Do better Staples!
