Our postal carrier refuses to get out of the car to deliver packages and now leaves notes saying final attempt and nobody was home to sign which is false because 1. Someone was home and 2. None of my packages required a signature. I’ve complained 4 times and have been told twice my packages would be delivered that day to be lied to. Here I am Once again complaining for a 5th time to usps for 3 packages that they are holding onto because of a lazy driver. I’m starting to get really angry and the horrible customer service I’ve been getting.
- BSBrian Stanley4 days ago1.0Horrible service. I have a forwarding service for my business that moved so the PO box is supposed to be checked weekely and sent to our new location. This is a paid service. They not only didn't send for months, but stated on the online website that there was no mail in the box. After months of not getting the forwarded mail, they finally sent several months worth all at once. They were obviously putting it aside somewhere as opposed to forwarding it for it was way too much to fit in our PO BOX. It appears that they are to lazy to fulfill their commitment and then lie about the status in order to cover up their laziness. CAlled many times but they never answer at this location. It's 4 hours away so I'm going to have to make an 8 hour round trip to rectify this

Edit from 1 star: It took a while to resolve but the lady who called me was extremely sweet and got my package delivered 20 minutes after calling me!
- JMJon MirkinJun 16, 20261.0Our mail person doesn’t even get out of the truck to deliver packages or anything that requires a signature. They lost one and we just got another notice that a package was unable to be delivered. No second attempt either. I work from home, I am absolutely available able to sign. Huntersville UPSP is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with and I lived in downtown Baltimore.
