She was incredibly helpful and patient with me on two separate occasions\. The first time, I accidentally put the wrong shipping label on a package I had already dropped off\. Karisha went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, and then walked me through how to download and print the correct label\. She handled the situation with so much patience and kindness, which really eased my stress\. The second time, I was shipping a very large box and realized in the parking lot that I had run out of packing tape\. I only needed a few inches to finish sealing it\. Karisha kindly let me use her tape and even provided me with a receipt without hesitation\. Her customer service was outstanding both times\. She was friendly, professional, and truly went out of her way to help\. I really appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend this post office because of employees like Karisha\!
