- PCPatrick CondonMay 5, 20261.0I returned an iPhone to Apple using Apple’s pre-packed box and label. I scanned it at the store and handed the boxes iPhone (packaged up and taped closed) to the person at the counter. A few days later Apple emails me and tells me the package was received but empty. So someone opened the box and stole the iPhone and sent an empty box back to Apple. Incredibly disappointed.

As far as I could tell, she was not skipped. When she asked for his name, he attempted to resolve whatever issue it was. She would not divulge her story and walked out. The staff, Tommy and myself were dumbfounded. I will continue to use this location. They are consistent and professional. I hope she gets her resolution.
