  I needed a poster for my booth at Hello Huntersville and had met the folks at Minuteman Press in Huntersville but hadn't had a chance to work with them yet. The online submission process was easy and the turnaround timeline was great. What made all the difference is the extra level of care. Jolie noticed that the logo I had included was lower resolution and would have made the whole thing look awful. She updated the logo and then sent it my way for approval before printing it. How many times have you had a company give you what you asked for only to realize it wasn't quite right because of something YOU did before they could do their job? These folks saved me time and money and set the standard of how you want to take care of your customers.
