  It is very telling that there is not a single response from either FedEx or the small business owner to all these many 1☆ ratings. Are they arrogant or apathetic? Personally, I've found the employees at this location to be rude and lazy. Apparently their customers have no other option for shipping or the employees don't understand the connection between customer satisfaction and their paycheck.

  I kid you not, this lady working spent a good 5 plus minutes on the phone complaining about another coworker while I was waiting at the register, doesn’t stop her rant about the coworker while I’m there waiting to ask me for help. Then another lady walks in and she gets off the phone and starts helping her. When I go to leave she’s like “sir did you have a question?” I responded “I was trying to buy something but it’s fine.” And walked out.

  When i walked in at 643pm no one was at the desk for a long time. When the employee finally showed up she was rude, didn't make any attempt to try to locate my package or help me in any way. She kept repeating that Its not here at this location and i need to leave by 7 even though the sender was on the phone telling her thats the correct location and that confirmation shows they have it. So instead of doing anything remotely in her job description or looking, she ushered me out rudely at 7:00pm on the dot.
