  I don't know which FED EX is responsible. and quite frankly, I don't care. I have a dead bouquet to walk down the isle with. The one gift my mom sent me over seas because she won't be here. This is unacceptable. I was home all day on Saturday, in the living room where the front door is, and no one knocked. I was told they would try to redeliver come Monday, only to say that the address was wrong (the address never changed from when the door tag was left) and then saying that they knocked and no one answered.... even though I signed the door tag and even wrote my cellphone number down and explicitly stated the urgency of LEAVING the package. Not only are my flowers wilting, they are also squished, as if the box was laid out on it's side. I will make sure I NEVER have FED EX deliver anything to me or my loved ones again. First time getting married, can't have my mom there, and now I can't have her gift either. We will be requesting a full refund.

  When i walked in at 643pm no one was at the desk for a long time. When the employee finally showed up she was rude, didn't make any attempt to try to locate my package or help me in any way. She kept repeating that Its not here at this location and i need to leave by 7 even though the sender was on the phone telling her thats the correct location and that confirmation shows they have it. So instead of doing anything remotely in her job description or looking, she ushered me out rudely at 7:00pm on the dot.

  FedEx is useless, lost my package then the answering system gave me options that had nothing to do with my problem then refused to put me through to an agent. Went to a local location who said they could not help me but would report the problem. Still no update on my lost package. USELESS. Do yourself a favor and use another shipper.
