- CCczakura councilJun 24, 20261.0Worst experience ever. I did receive my package but customer service is terrible at this location. Christopher was very rude and disrespectful. I told him i would not like to be called ma’am as i am 10 years younger than him id like to be called “young lady” yet he still continued to do it. Then accused me of taking pictures of him?He doesn’t seem to know anything about company policy either, when i asked him how could i get my package delivered or change stores he said he doesn’t know. My next experience was very smooth with a female employee whose name I don’t know.
