  Always have a smooth, fast, and easy experience at this location. Probably the best UPS store in the area. Have shipped dozens of packages large and small through this store and have never had any issues. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and have even helped tape things up for free unlike other locations which charge for that.

  Worst UPS. I have been too. Very unhelpful both employees and manager. Save yourself some time and find another place.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Amber at UPS. I came in with several packages to ship, plus a return, and I wasn't as prepared as I should have been because I still needed to print some documents. Instead of making me feel rushed or frustrated, Amber patiently walked me through the entire process with a smile on her face the whole time. She was kind, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Even with multiple packages and extra steps, she never seemed bothered and made the experience easy and stress-free. It's rare to find customer service like this these days, and Amber reminded me that great customer service is absolutely not dead. Thank you, Amber, for going above and beyond. UPS is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company!

  Every time I go in here all employees are so helpful and thoughtful. I was having a really hard time finding a QR Code so I handed my phone to Jennifer and she had a bit of a time too. She was so calm and she finally got it to show up. Highly recommend Jennifer.
