They told me I could only use an Amazon-branded box and immediately tried to sell me one of their own boxes. I escalated this to Amazon customer service, who explicitly confirmed that any sturdy box is acceptable and Amazon branding is never required. It is incredibly frustrating that this UPS location is misleading customers about return policies just to force them into buying shipping supplies. Be aware before you go.
