  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this FedEx location. When I arrived, the employee assisting me, Tasha, did not greet me and immediately seemed irritated. I explained that I needed to return work equipment and was instructed to email the shipping label. After waiting several minutes without any update, I was told the email had not been received. Once she reviewed the situation, she informed me that the equipment required two separate shipping labels because there were two pieces of equipment. I explained that I had only been provided one label by my employer. Rather than professionally assisting me, she became increasingly agitated, repeatedly commenting on how the situation was “ridiculous” and expressing frustration toward me for something completely outside of my control. At that point, I simply requested my equipment back so I could take it elsewhere. Instead of respecting my request, she argued with me, told me I would have the same issue at another store, and became defensive when I mentioned her attitude. The interaction continued to escalate unnecessarily. As I was leaving, she laughed about me accidentally leaving my key on the counter and continued speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. The most concerning part was when I asked for the corporate phone number. She initially refused to provide it, insisting she had done nothing wrong. After going back and forth, she eventually provided a number that turned out to be incorrect. When I called the store, not realizing it would connect me back to her, she yelled across the store floor, told me her manager was not there, and continued speaking to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful tone. I ultimately contacted corporate, and even the representative I spoke with acknowledged concerns regarding the employee’s attitude. Unfortunately, management’s response afterward was dismissive and did not appear to take the complaint seriously. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but customers should never be spoken to with disrespect, argued with, laughed at, or denied basic assistance when requesting information. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

  It's inside WalMart. Go in thru the Home & Pharmacy entrance. Quick & friendly service.

  I agree with the other people that left awesome reviews regarding this place and the Manager (Mr. Casey if I'm not mistaken). His customer service was superb! He was very patient with every customer and made sure to acknowledge everyone as they came in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and tried to help customers get the most bang for their buck depending on their needs (and who wouldn't want that)! I highly recommend this store and hope that everyone who goes there has the same awesome experience that I did.

  First, they are inside Walmart. Google maps wasn't clear with that. They are closed! No answer at the phone #. No signs.

  Casey goes out of his way to provide the best deal and discount possible. This guy is a dynamo and very customer-oriented. My document was printed on-time, as promised with top-notch quality.
