So I guess I get it when they feel like it, no matter what was paid to ship it. What gets me, is the lies that they attempted to deliver when they haven't been to the property since Saturday, it's Tuesday evening now, according to surveillance cameras.
- TMTiffany MizellAug 7, 20201.0Terrible. Just terrible. Never had any trouble from the USPS until dealing with Holly Ridge. Packages aren’t delivered. Package tracking is updated to say it can be picked up at the USPS hub but when I go to pick up the package—they are on an hour long lunch break. So I wait. Turns out the package is back out for delivery they just didn’t update the tracking. This is NOT the first time an incident like this has happened. In the past they have mishandled the delivery of certified mail and government documents. Important things. More than once a package says it’s “delivered” but can’t be found anywhere. More than once I have been home all day only to find a note in my mailbox saying “sorry we missed you”...umm, you just didn’t feel like getting out of your car to deliver the package—you can’t miss me when I’m home all day. Repeal the Postal Service Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2006.
