- AWAmber WebbMar 28, 20191.0I left one star because i'm not able to leave zero. I've had nothing but problems with this location, Not really this location but the employee that works here. She is NEVER there when she is supposed to be, has given my package to another person (but told me i was wrong and that there's no way she could have made a mistake) she takes a 2 hour lunch which has been the reason for my most recent missed delivery. The website states lunch is from 12:30 until 1, so i take my lunch to go get my packages and arrive around 1:15 but there is no one there. I waited until 2:30 one time only for her to tell me she doesn't have the package because she gave it to someone else. She doesn't listen, interrupts and is rude AF!!! Please get a new employee who is customer friendly and wants to work!
