Their employees can’t deliver properly a package to the address and leave it at their front door, instead of that they gave it to a neighbor, I clearly didn’t order to have it to a neighbor, cause I work remote, I’m 24/7 in my house. How do you expect to find my package? how do I know which neighbor? I’m not gonna knock every door it’s a waist of time!, also they don’t have any proof of delivery.. so disappointed

I even visited the location today, and the staff refused to give me any details about what happened to my order. It's incredibly frustrating to see such a large company staffed by people with such poor practices. My package never arrived, yet they marked it as delivered. This is unacceptable.

They still put the gentleman s mail in my box . This nan has been in a nursing home for a while and passed away in March . Attempts at preventing his mail from being delayed by them being too lazy to look at names and not just the address have failed . They are incompetent and in too big of a rush .

Those mails are very clear with address and name, but I don't know what the person was thinking about. My address number is 228, but the mail supposed to put in 232, look how crazy it is.
