  To begin with I walked in and Scott was available, so I went over to him gave him notice of what I needed to do showed him what I needed to do which was a refund and he refused to help me at all with it. It had to have my email on it and an order number which I had. I just had to pull it up and put it in for him to insert it and my ZIP Code he refused so as I was turned away, I was walking back and Roxy called to me and so I went over to her. She did everything beautifully took my phone filled in all the necessary information and did everything I didn’t have to do anything. She was absolutely the best so I recommend Roxy to anyone that would go in there. She was so helpful I mean really so helpful so but Scott didn’t do a darn thing the sooner he could get rid of me the better it was so that’s my Complaint about Scott and I praise for Roxy because she was great.

  I had such a great experience with Kristen at UPS, and I really want to take the time to recognize her for going above and beyond! I originally went to another UPS Store to have a paper printed, but they told me they were unable to print it on the larger paper I needed. They recommended that I call Kristen because she might be able to help me. When I called, Kristen was actually getting ready to leave work. Instead of simply telling me she couldn’t help, she asked when I needed the paper. I explained that I was hoping to have it that same day and that I was on the other side of town. Kristen told me she would print it for me and leave it there so I could pick it up later. She followed through exactly as she said she would. She called me before she left work to let me know that my paper was ready, and when I arrived, picking it up was quick and easy. I truly appreciate people who are willing to go the extra mile when they don’t have to. Kristen could have easily said she was getting off work and didn’t have time, but instead she chose to help me. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference! Because of this experience, I will definitely continue using this UPS Store, and I would highly recommend them to others. Kristen is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. UPS is lucky to have an employee who cares about customers and is willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so much, Kristen, for being so helpful and making my day a little easier! You are truly appreciated! ❤️
