  I placed my order online yesterday and then called in to check on it. When I spoke with Christine, she told me she was actually working on it right then, that alone told me I was in great hands. It wasn’t finished until close to closing time, and we picked it up this morning, and I was blown away. She didn’t just print the posters, she took the extra time to carefully trim each one so they looked polished, professional, and display-ready. The quality is absolutely stunning. As a huge Roman Reigns fan, these posters mean everything to me, and Christine treated them with that same level of care and importance. What really set her apart was the personal connection. When I mentioned that Jevon Evans is from Greensboro, she genuinely connected with that, she cared about the story behind the order, not just the transaction. That kind of human touch is rare and it made the whole experience memorable. And here’s the best part, we’re going to be in the audience for Monday Night Raw, airing LIVE on Netflix tomorrow night, where these posters could be seen by millions of viewers worldwide! I needed them to look perfect, and Christine made absolutely sure they did. The price point was very reasonable, and everything was packaged beautifully.   If I could give negative stars I would. I was returning a couple pairs of shoes to Amazon at this location. It was realized almost immediately that the wrong box was handed to the clerk and the right box was still in my possession. No one would check for the box and change it out. So the wrong shoes got shipped to Amazon. Amazon doesn't ship the items back to the customer if they receive a incorrect item its just lost. The customer doesn't get the item back. Even after explaining this and calling customer service nothing was done. So now I am out $65.00 for the items they refused to give back to me.

  Went today to print a few things off for a wedding coming up. I explained to the woman at the printing center what I needed and before letting me finish she immediately says it’s something I would have to order through the website. I tried to explain that while I understand some things have to be ordered that way, I couldn’t figure out how to order the specific project I had. (Which was literally table number signs and bar signs on card stock… I wasn’t asking for something challenging) I asked her if we could do it there on one of the computers available to customers so someone could help me and she brushed me off multiple times and kept saying I had to do it online. I put back the other items I intended on purchasing and took my business elsewhere. Office Depot helped me no problem.
