- JBJose BarreraSep 23, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with this Staples location. UPS confirmed that my package was delivered to this Staples as a UPS Access Point on September 22 at 12:51 PM. When I went to the store to pick it up, the employees could not locate the package and did not provide meaningful assistance. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated. The employees were rude and dismissive, and I felt that I was treated differently because English is not my first language. I was simply trying to get help locating a package that UPS confirmed had been delivered to this location. I contacted Staples customer service and requested that the store investigate the receiving area and review the security cameras. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the missing package and the way customers who have limited English are treated. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
- JJJavier JaimesSep 18, 20264.0Good service! You cannot exchange a staples gift card for a Google play gift card. I was not aware of this and now I own a 100 staples gift card that I dont have anything to spend on. But that's besides tje point, the store was cleaned and th3 servicr is good
- AMAshley MarieSep 15, 20262.0Who do I need to speak to about making business hours more accommodating? Closing at 7pm is crazy! That needs to change
- KWKasey WilliamsonAug 16, 20265.0Geo in the High Point, NC store was AMAZING! He was supposed to be on break but the store had a back to school rush. Geo stayed, he handled each costumer with patience and care. I haven’t had anyone treat me this way in a very long time. Staples, you have a GEM!! Please treat him as such!
- KKKatieAug 6, 20265.0Whoever that man was working the Amazon returns deserves a raise. Even with what seemed like 20 people in line, he had everyone moving and has a great attitude. Had me in and out! Would be back just for him.
