- MWMark WashburnJan 25, 20251.0Mail is consistently 3-5 days late, if not longer. I live downtown, literally a block from the post office. Most of our mail is time sensitive, and this is causing nothing but headaches and financial burden. Bills can not be paid on time if they don't arrive until after the due date 🙄 If we're expected to pick up our mail in person, there should be some sort of communication stating as such. My phone number and email are both on file, yet their has been zero communication. This is what our tax dollars pay for? This is downright shameful. Do better *UPDATE I went to file a complaint for missing mail that's over a week late. I was told there is not such process, although the USPS website says specifically to go to the local post office and file a complaint. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done

Nothing. Call up the post office, they tell me the apps are always wrong and that the person just started delivering the packages. Wait all day just to be told that yes they were at my house, but the knock was very gentle and very quiet. Like what?? How am I supposed to hear it?!?!
