  I'm suprised this store stays in buisness. If not for their printing service I probably wouldnt go here. They are high priced for regular office supplies compared to Walmart. Which I dont like shopping at either but I will in order to save money. But they do carry more supplies when you need something specific. It is more convenient because you can get in and out of the store quickly. I dont have any negatives as far as service. Everyone tries to be as helpful as possible.

  Every time I go into this place I regret it. The staff is rude and incompetent, interactions you’ll have will be frustrating, and the store is in a constant state of disarray. I have had to go here for a few reasons over the past year and each time they unpleasantly surprise me with a new level of dysfunction. Its been consistently bad

  Unfortunately, I am here to leave a very unsatisfactory review due to the customer service I have repeatedly received at this location. After doing business with Staples for over a decade and always being treated respectfully at other locations, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the way I have been treated here — particularly in the printing and copy department. On previous visits, other employees were helpful and professional, so I know the level of service Staples is capable of providing. However, this location seems to allow dismissive and rude treatment toward customers, which creates an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I have reviewed Staples policies myself, and it feels as though management handles situations subjectively rather than consistently upholding proper customer service standards. Instead of offering assistance, employees often immediately direct customers to self-serve machines, even when some customers genuinely struggle with them and are seeking help. One employee in particular, a male working afternoon shifts, has repeatedly made me feel unwelcome. He has even suggested I “go somewhere else” because he does not want to assist me. From the beginning of interactions, he seems to look for excuses not to help print documents or provide services unless I become firm and persistent about receiving assistance. This has been upsetting and disappointing because I used to look forward to visiting Staples and appreciated the helpful service in the past. I hope this review both warns others and reassures customers that if they have had similar experiences at this location, they are not alone. I have spoken with several others in the community who have described similar treatment. In my opinion, this has been the worst Staples experience I have ever had, and that is truly disappointing.

  I needed large legal document sized envelopes and I found them online at Staples! I paid for them, the app prompted me to let the store know I was on my way, and I went inside to pick them up! Since I prepaid, it was completely easy - the store associate got my item, scanned it as “picked up”, and I got a thirty percent off coupon in my email! Staples has helped me in the past with copies and faxes. I didn’t look around, since I had a lot of errands to run, but I’ve found some great deals on clearance at the back of the store! They’re always friendly and helpful!
