OUTSTANDING PRINT SERVICE EMPLOYEE: Jane! I ordered a set of address labels online on Friday. I received a confirmation that they would be ready by 6:30 p.m. I came into the store in mid-afternoon (to make an Amazon return) and checked on their status. The Print Service employee (PSE) said that he had just got the paper in and they’d be ready later today. I asked if I could return on Saturday morning and he saiid that would be fine. I returned shortly after the store opened on Saturday morning. A different PSE said that she couldn’t find my order. So that woman, Jane, and a manager tried to find my order—and they couldn’t—so they were waiting for another employee to come in who could make the labels right away. I said I wasn’t waiting any longer, nor would I be returning to the store—I wanted the labels delivered. Jane said she would personally take them to my home when she got off work. I said that would be fine. I got a call later in the day from Jane that there was an issue and could she drop them off at my house on Sunday. I said fine. On Sunday, Jane handed the labels to me at my home. While I would have never wanted her to do this, her extraordinary efforts to make the best out of this challenging situation should serve as an example to all employees in a service industry. Shout out to Jane—a superior Staples employee!

Nice employees but they need more. Always a wait. Cashiers busy checking customers out but not helping with other services like returns etc. please hire more employees and staff better.

I came in needing some brochures printed ASAP. I had an event the following day and my normal printing company had not mailed out my brochures. Staples was able to take my artwork file and print what I needed without any trouble. The turnaround time and the quality is amazing.
