However, the printer never seems to work correctly and sometimes it takes upwards of 15-20 minutes to accomplish a simple task like printing a label and dropping off a package. To add insult to injury, being charged to print a UPS label after waiting 15-20 minutes is ridiculous. I’ve been to multiple UPS stores and none of them charge to print UPS labels.
- LGL GJun 19, 20255.0I had multiple large packages I needed to ship quickly. I stopped into the UPS Store on Hwy 70. Paresh greeted me, as I struggled with a number of boxes and getting them taped up. Paresh told me just bring them up, and he will help me put it all together. I was so relieved. He was so helpful, as are the other employees, especially Leigh, when I've stopped in here before. At the UPS Store, I feel valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful all employees are. They really stand out. The customer service here is fantastic. I knew when I left my packages shipped on time, they were properly taped, and the contents were protected. I was provided receipts, tracking and informed about their other services. Did you know the UPS Store creates banners and calendars and many other such printing service items? They even offer shredding services! Who knew? Anyway, if you need professional packaging and shipping and desire top-notch customer service, this UPS Store has it all! Thank you, Paresh, and staff for your service to our great community!
