From the moment he calls “next,” he’s consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely pleasant—no small feat when you’re on your feet all day dealing with all kinds of personalities. I recently needed to return a certificate to the American Legion in Raleigh and was struggling to ship it in its original packaging without damaging it. Isaac stepped in, figured it out, and made it happen. Problem solved, stress gone. His patience, knowledge, and commitment to great customer service don’t go unnoticed. Harrisburg is fortunate to have him at the front counter.
