Jane has always been very professional and it appreciated that she is not too sweet nor too bitter, she is " just right". She gets the job done proficiently and timely. She acknowledges everyone and reassures the line of patrons waiting, that the staff sees you and will get to you as soon as possible. I appreciate the customer service, now we as customers need to be patient and on our best behavior.

No organization or work ethic, my packages get stuck here every time and take a day or two just to go from hampstead dist to hampstead post. It’s getting aggravating. You guys are here to provide a service and do your jobs, not chill and be lazy. If it isn’t worth the money please just quit so people who actually WANT to work can be hired.
