  This is overdue. My apologies. I'm new to this area. I'm still learning my way around the community and discovering local businesses. I've visited this UPS location often for a variety of their services. I've noticed each member of the team provides par excellent service. I'm happy to say I finally learned everyone's names , don't worry I'm due to pick up new glasses soon lol I want to recognize James, Ivy, Jennifer, and Austin for all their hard work. It mustn't be easy to have high-energy and be efficient for hours daily. However, they do it well. I enjoy watching organized and high performance teams like theirs. They solve problems quickly together or individually and it's interesting to observe. I always choose this location. I know I'm going to receive great and timely service. They're consistent. I've worked withstores like Staples and I don't have the same experience. This location tends to feel more like a family, very team oriented. So, I keep coming back. I they always provide excellent service. excellent. Operating a fast paced business or slower at any given time, with various services can be challenging. They meet that challenge every time with wonderful results. I observe how helpful they are when another team members in need or customer. I think they're highly functional and well oiled machine when it comes down to it. These are my observations and experience with this location and I realize everyday isn't perfect but they do meet the challenges and make the best decisions and I admire that sometimes it makes me want to jump in there lol before I forget regarding the store, it's always clean, cool, and well-organized. It isn't difficult to find supplies. I appreciate that also. Working with James, Ivy, Jennifer and Austin has been a great pleasure and a remarkable experience. Each person has a quality first mindset. They always meet my needs. They're good people and they serve the community well truly. What good are words if they're left unspoken.I appreciate the opportunity to leave this review based on my experience and observations. Recognition by the company is well deserved.   They are always losing Amazon packages dropped off as return. I dropped off an item costing $120, paid $20 for packing and they lost the label. They were sitting on it for 4 days, until I went again and checked. They lost another Amazon return, now Amazon will charge me for that. Unprofessional staff and they respond with a rude tone.
