  Consistently miserable service. You are greeted when you open the door, not by any of the employees, but by a strong smell of pot smoke. Employees don’t make eye contact, and give the impression that I am inconveniencing them by being there. Most recently, had an Amazon return that was customer packed, and I didn’t have any tape at the house. The associate rudely refused the package unless I paid him $5 for a 6” long piece of packaging tape. I understand that they can’t pack the box for free, but to refuse the courtesy of 6” from the roll of tape sitting in front of me on the counter is just silly. Consistently atrocious service every single time…it must be nice to be the only option within 45 minutes for Amazon returns.

  When they’re open, it’s a great location. However, their posted hours are more like suggestions than actual times. Today, I visited at 3:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and despite the posted hours clearly stating they’re open until 4:00 p.m., they were closed. Always call ahead and confirm they are actually open before visiting. This has happened to me multiple times with this location.

  The employees at this store are such a DELIGHT! If you're having a bad day... Make that the day you ship out your packages, they add a a fun mix of humor with their professionalism! AN HONORABLE MENTION WITH AN EXTRA SPECIAL THANK YOU FOR NOT ACTING LIKE SPECIAL REQUESTS COME OUT OF YOUR PERSONAL PAYCHECKS!!! (I wonder, is being extremely good looking a job requirement?? 😁)

  Today around 4:45pm I came into this ups store to return my amazon items. A young blonde lady was helping me(I should have got her name but I did not) of course they did get busy so she had to help the people behind me. While I was trying to find my shipping labels the young blonde took the next customer. This lady was returning something & when the blonde gave her a receipt the other lady said “I’ll stay here to make sure it gets packed and you don’t break it” the young lady helping me said “okay” and came back to helping me. The lady returning something kept on arguing with the associate trying to fight with her. The young blonde even said thank you have a good day & the young lady said “I wasn’t talking to you, but I’ll speak to your owner about you” I do want to say that the young blonde held herself together and was very professional. She did not argue with this lady but this lady kept trying to argue with the young blonde and I felt so bad. I don’t know who this young’s lady boss is but she is doing just fine and perfect! That other lady must’ve had a bad day! Keep up the good work and I hate you guys have to experience this. Thank you for helping me with my returns young lady you were amazing! Thank you UPS!

  Its 2:45pm on Monday on 4/27 & I just left this UPS store after trying to ship a package internationally. The person helping me was super nice and friendly. Very professional. I think his name was DJ. The shipping charge was much higher than anticipated and this other employee, a younger girl, when I questioned the charge in a nice way, started acting super rude! Stating in a loud voice “you obviously aren’t used to shipping with UPS, you must be using the USPS. UPS rates are much higher international . Even a piece of a paper is $100 to ship! You’re not familiar with us, it’s obvious..” she then smirked and walked away acting entitled and childish. Very obnoxious and unprofessional! Definitely not the type of helpful employee this store needs. If she is there I will think twice about coming back. Rude, loud and obnoxious. Bad employee behavior for sure
