She literally chastised me about the packaging I was using and then wasn’t at all helpful when I was trying to repackage the item. All I wanted to do was use your scissors and a piece of tape, lady. As of August 2022: she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed on Mondays, too.

- MCMary CoyneFeb 12, 20191.0Went in to see if a package had arrived and the black lady behind the counter was extremely rude and wouldnt even look for my package although the tracking had it at this location. She kept repeating herself in a rude tone that "they dont hold on to packages" which doesnt make any sense if its the post office. All she had to say is that my package haddent arrived yet and be nice but apparently that was too hard for her to do. Terrible customer service at this location. You would think working a government job with benefits in a small slow town where you probably dont see that many people was enough to motivate you to be nice and courteous to the ones you do see but you can never expect people to have actual pride in doing thier job these days.
