They've lost four of my packages marked as delivered to the mailbox, but it must have been their own mailbox. I go to the office and they don't resolve anything; they just say they'll contact the carrier, and I never get a response. My last package was a very important piece of jewelry; it was a gift, and the person who sent it didn't know how unreliable this service is in Pitt County. Update: They never gave me a clear answer, and I lost my package again, this time for good. I would never recommend this service. They need to change their staff and hire people with better work ethic, people who actually want to work and do their jobs well.

If someone doesn’t know something instead of giving them a rude look with an attitude how about tell us in a nice way what we should’ve done. This rudeness just because I didn’t put the label on and it took her .5 seconds to put the tape up there. I don’t understand why people work where they have to deal with people if they are just going to give them rude looks and talk to them with an attitude.

Second time they dump a notice in my mailbox and not approach the door; like they expected me to stand by the road waiting all day. Website didnt work to get it reshipped so I scheduled a pickup and they sent it back. Great.
