  Went in today and it smells really bad because they refused to close the trash can and remove the trash which is full. You would think 1 out of the two people that was there would do it but they rather have customers smelling foul smells

  I dropped off my package at your location in Greenville, NC on 02/20/2026, 8:24 A.M The young lady( no name tag / perhaps the manager, Georgia?) was rude and insulting. Every team member you have there with the exception of this young lady are both friendly and courteous. This young lady consistently has a bad attitude, condescending and disrespectful (eye rolling) . If you want details feel free to reach out. It’s convenient right there on Greenville Blvd but driving the extra 5 minutes to Firetower might be worth it.

  didn’t catch the workers name, blonde hair/bangs tho. went in to ship a package out and saw her on her phone giggling while there was a customer standing behind the desk waiting for her help. told her i needed it shipped out and as she spoke to me she wasn’t the friendliest as i felt she gave a little attitude. honestly she looked miserable and like she didn’t wanna be there nor wanted to help anyone. if u don’t like ur job, quit. no need to be rude and un attending to customers.

  Extremely poor customer service! This is the second time. There will not be a third. I will take my business to FedEx. Mailed extremely important high dollar value package yesterday. Addresses clearly written on packages. Return address clearly labeled. UPS Store Employee switched send to and return addresses. You cannot imagine my frustration when I opened the door the next day and our UPS Delivery Driver had my package, Not his fault! I returned to the UPS Store and explained what had happened. They TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY! I even asked them if it made common sense. They all apologized, however I had to pay again to ship the package. Was a day late! They even screwed up the addresses a second time and I had to correct them. The first encounter, I was overcharged by greater than 50% if I had mailed it myself. UPS Customer Service will not help you! If you use…Buyer Beware! Incompetent!

  I understand that it is 6 days before Christmas; however, that does not excuse anyone from being blatantly rude and hateful to customers. I was notified by email that I had packages ready to be picked up. My one trip to the store ended in three visits to the counter before I was able to get my 4th and final package. Please ensure Georgia receives customer service training, or remains behind-the-scene during busy times. Thank you to the other staff who remained professional.
