ALWAYS has gone smoothly. I am a shopper and I often times have to return a LOT of items at a time. I am aware of this and I never hinder people’s time who are in line behind me. A gentleman employee (older, nice, shorter white hair) was helping me initially. But then he got pulled to do something else. Here comes Victoria. When she takes over the Amazon returns for him, she looks at me and says “Oh, you are going to have to go to the back of the line because you have too much stuff.” This was her being rude and that’s not the policy. She was basically telling me that these other people’s time was more important than mine. When the guy was there, I HAD been retuning a few things at a time, and if people got behind me, I’d let them jump in front of me. And I had planned on doing that when Victoria got there. Did NOT appreciate her rude tone, her making me feel my time was less important, and her attitude towards me. No matter how many things I had with me, she should never have told me to go to the back of the line. Didn’t even ask “do you mind”…she told me “you have to go to the back”…rude and disrespectful This stores is understaffed and needs help. At SEVERAL points, you can look around and see zero employees.
