  FedEx was supposed to deliver a package on May 15 between 12 and 4. After leaving work to get the package, I get a message at 3:10. Cannot deliver package due to restrictions. I looked on the tracker page and it said will try again when conditions improve. Don't know what conditions they need because it is sunny and 75 degrees. I called the office to find out what the restrictions where. I was told the driver didn't make any other comments. The lady told me she put in for the package to be redirected to deliver. At 4:50 still no package. I called back and was told it couldn't be delivered due to restrictions. When I ask what the restrictions where they didn't know. So I informed them that the restrictions where they had a lazy driver. So odd to me that I don't have these problems out of UPS. Maybe they hold their employees accountable. If you are a business that ships items, you need to understand the FedEx's poor customer service is a reflection on your business as well. Even thought they are a sub contractor, they are the image that the end user sees and experiences.

  Dropped off a package with the attendant, got my receipt and was out of the door in less than a minute! Excellent service.

  The people here are very professional and nice to work with. Its a shame they will be closing at the end of May

  I'm so sick of having to walk around my neighborhood looking like a porch pirate because the FedEx driver delivers to the wrong houses. The houses are clearly and boldly labeled.
