  I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience getting my save-the-dates printed at this store. The customer service was terrible, and when I brought up the poor cutting of my save-the-dates, the lady working at the front desk was extremely hostile. She proceeded to tell me that the crooked prints were my fault and that ordering through Canva is “usually not a good idea.” She then told me I needed to wait outside while she received the email with the image I was trying to print. Even after I explained that the email had already been sent, she rudely told me to wait outside without any further explanation. About 30 minutes later, the save-the-dates were printed, but they were still cut incorrectly. Thankfully, a very kind gentleman noticed the issue, apologized, and offered to reprint them. He was extremely helpful and professional. However, the same lady continued to hover over him and interrupt when I asked if I could please receive a refund. She told me, “We don’t do that,” and said I needed to take it up with Canva. She then threw away the incorrect prints, leaving me without anything to show Canva as proof of the poor printing. This was especially disappointing because these save-the-dates were very important to me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of basic customer service made the experience incredibly upsetting. The gentleman who helped me was wonderful, and I truly appreciate his kindness. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated by the front-desk employee, I will not be returning to this store. I can honestly say that if I see that lady again, it will be too soon.

  Lovely staff and products, however THIS LOCATION—- Terrible to access, terrible parking, terrible traffic pattern and access points. I’d rather order online and have items shipped because it’s a nightmare to get into the store. Students often take the parking and customers are often forced to park in a deck.

  Not as good as the old ship center near the airport. The parking lot is small and hard to navigate, especially with a large truck. The lack of carts also makes it harder to bring large packages into the store. However, the people in there are super nice and helpful. Once I get inside, I can often ship even a 50+ lbs package in less than 2 minutes.
