- JAJamie Amin2 days ago1.0One Starr is too many! I have not seen such an incompetent people or operation. I am ashamed to say that this is run and supported by federal government and funded by tax payers! If I can help it and hope not have to deal with this location. Ma sits there waiting and without anyone paying attention.parcel pick up request is given to carrier day after it is due. Mail is lost meaning thrown out or give to someone else and I have proof.
- ESEmily SmithSep 15, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff member I talked to today was absolutely unprofessional and rude. I have a very important piece of mail that was sent from a town 40 minutes away, and it took two weeks to be delivered!! But the best part is it was delivered to the wrong address which happened to be vacant so naturally it gets returned to sender. The postal service worker stated it was likely in the back waiting to be returned, so I asked her if there is someone who could check for me and she said that she was not going to check because there is too much to go through. She claims it goes out every day but was also unable to tell me if it had went out. What’s funny is I had went here a week and a half prior and the lady that was working that day gladly went through the mail for me, so this one was clearly just lazy and rude. I would never go here for help, especially if you’re actually looking for a solution. They thrive off of leaving problems unsolved.
- ALAlexis LuvianoSep 9, 20261.0Moved to a new apartment complex nearby with my partner and we had to come to this USPS for our mailbox keys… it took 2, going on 3, weeks to get them to them. When we went in to pay the fee for our keys, we were told it would take only 7 days and we would get a call. We did not after the first week, so we went back in person to ask. They told us they STILL didn’t have it, and promised they would call us back. That week passed, and still nothing. It wasn’t until yesterday that my partner went back to say something and they had it. No phone call or anything. We had over 3 weeks of mail in the box smh
