- DADeAisa ArtisMay 5, 20261.0I hate hate hate this place! They have the worst customer service ever every time you call them. It’s always an issue. The manager is super disrespectful and dismissive. They don’t never take accountability for anything they will mark your packages is delivered and completely lose them and then tell you good luck getting your money back with the merchant I have contacted the Better Business Bureau on them several times but of course because it’s a natural Postal Service there’s nothing you can do but get bullied and mistreated and harassed. I hate this place when they said that people come to the post office and they go postal, I can completely understand why because in the world full of hate why would we want to come to a postal office and be treated even worse it’s ridiculous

The store was completely empty when I came in and they were all talking with each other and I stood there for a good minute until someone finally acknowledge me. It was a black lady that took my package and she acted like she was mute and couldn’t use her voice to speak.
