  I too have experienced nasty attitudes at this location , particularly from the manager or the t seven or whoever he is. I had a cluster box and clearly. The landlords are responsible for providing these keys. Yet the landlord which is a public housing authority, states that the Post Office is responsible for providing these keys. However, when the Crex has the official Post Office logo on it, the Post Office is responsible for providing these keys free. They insisted that I paid $50 for this key.It took me 2 months before I could collect my mail.Then they delivered my mail to other people.And insisted I picked it up, and then they leave a note at my door saying they tried to deliver it when they never tried to deliver. On the 30th of September, I put ahold mail-in and today. They are still sending mail and packages to my old address where I no longer live when I specifically told them I am no longer at that address. And\n I'm not yet gotten a new address, so I asked them to hold my mail until the 29th today. They just delivered another package. I put in a service request and the service request is not even in the system. Additionally, they have their telephone number listed wrong in Google. And also in their own database, and they refreeze to correct it. The number is not 229 , it is 299. NeitherThe annex or the finance hilltop station is responsive to any customers at all.It makes no sense , no wonder they're trying to get rid of all of them

  The service there has changed considerably in the last year seems like one service window is opened when there should be more than one makes service extremely slow this is not a complaint but a fact business is slow I really miss the way things use to be I really enjoyed going into that Post office also location is so very convenient I am about 3 minutes away if traffic permits sorry to be the bearer of not so good news

  Not only was the customer service horrendous and the lady at the cashier was acting like she didn’t wanna be there but they also closed 45 minutes early when she literally told me 30 minutes before that they were closing right at fourI’m

  It’s 9:40am and no one is here lights are off and doors are locked. 0 professionalism Update it’s 10:10 and there’s no employees here. Smh

  USPS as a whole is abhorrent. But the staff here are the outliers, these people belong in much better, higher paying government Jobs.
