- MRmyrna rivera4 days ago5.0The lack of coverage is putting customers in line with no real support and placing an unfair burden on the employees. Staffing needs to be addressed. It’s frustrating to see employees handle far more than they can manage while customers suffer the consequences. Additional help is needed. Service is consistently affected by insufficient staffing. Please fix the coverage so both customers and staff aren’t stuck in the same problem every day

I was holding my daughter, yet she wouldn't even hand me some tape; on top of that, she helped everyone behind me first—claiming I wasn't ready, even though I was. People like her shouldn't work in customer service. Not content with that, she marked the service as "good" herself, and when I told her I didn't want to rate it that way, she refused to change it.
