I come to use the automatic machine to scan my prepaid already done labels and just got a receipt, which they have only 1 self use machine. It is even busy with people that don't want to wait in the line. I've never understood the counter sales has places for 6 employees, 9 out of 10 times I go here I only see 1 employee working. All good but this location seems like it could use some help. Very good location at West Market and Guilford College, but so busy always.

It’s frustrating to see employees handle far more than they can manage while customers suffer the consequences. Additional help is needed. Service is consistently affected by insufficient staffing. Please fix the coverage so both customers and staff aren’t stuck in the same problem every day
