- AAAmberlinMay 12, 20251.0The girls working here on the passport side are the most selfish, lazy, disrespectful and rude state employees I've ever felt with! They do not care about what you need, what you've sacrificed to be there waiting to hand them all our completed paperwork and documents. The website and phone message all confirm Saturday walk in hours but that's a lie. And no one there was willing to be a kind human being & process our paperwork anyways even when no one else was waiting. They just wanted to get home. Went in again Monday after pulling my HS kids out of school arriving just before 2pm only to be told they stop taking walkins at 3pm when what they really mean is if we haven't gotten to you by 3:45 or we don't think we can process you by 4PM then too bad walk in's are done and back to appointment only, even if those appt. Don't show. Did I mention that during the walk in hours they have also made appointments and those get to go first, so why have walk in hours if you have no intention of actually processing walk ins. Plus even with a room full of people waiting, they are moving so slow and talking to each other about plans that have nothing to do with work! Hello, I'm a tax payer, I've come with all paperwork in order including copies all I have left to do is hand it in but for the second time you've refused to be a kind human and now my kids will have to miss more school and we may not get our passports back in time to follow through with our summer plans!
