  Love this store. Linda and AC are great. Very welcoming each time I come in and also most importantly very patiently. I love that they know there customers and greet them by name. I acknowledge great service when I see it. Thank you Ladies for helping me with my large returns.

  Stacy epitomizes.the meaning of excellent customer service. I will be coming to this store for all my needs. I live in Archdale but good customer service is worth my time to drive to Greensboro. Stacy you r the bomb!!!!!!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda and the help she gave me today while I completed and mailed my North Carolina Bar application. Submitting my bar application was an incredibly important milestone for me, and there were several final steps I needed help completing before I could get everything mailed out. Linda spent nearly an hour patiently helping me scan documents, send emails, print materials, organize paperwork, sign everything, and make sure I had what I needed to successfully complete the process. What meant the most to me was the way Linda treated me throughout the entire experience. She was patient, kind, gracious, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, even though the process took quite a bit of time. This application represents years of law school, hard work, sacrifice, and preparation for the next stage of my career. When everything was finally completed and mailed, I actually became emotional because of how significant the moment was for me. Linda’s kindness and patience made what could have been a stressful final step in my bar application process feel incredibly smooth. I was so grateful that I offered to buy her lunch, and she graciously declined, so I promised her that I would make sure her excellent service was recognized instead. Linda truly went above and beyond for me on one of the most important days of my law school journey. I will remember her kindness when I think back on the day I officially submitted my bar application. I sincerely hope her management recognizes what an incredible asset she is. Thank you, Linda, for helping me reach such an important milestone with so much patience, kindness, and grace. Bar application done and mailed!!! ♥️🙌🏽

  Horrible place with massive turnover in employees. They just make up rules and randomly refuse packages that I've shipped for over 10 years. Tried to sell me a $15 box or they wouldn't ship my item. Took it to a different UPS no problem. Avoid this dump or just use the post office.
