  Rude staff. Very unprofessional and behaviour is unacceptable. Pls avoid this store so you get better service somewhere else.

  I had a really disappointing interaction today with one of the employees at this location. It sounds like it was the same gentleman whom Latavia (her review is below) interacted with. In short, he was rude and unhelpful. While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a fairly harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. Yes, there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.

  My gaming monitor was delivered broken when shipping . The lady at the store filled out my contact details incorrectly so I’m stuck with only a tracking id and no shipment id or receipt meaning I can’t file the claim through website. So I tried numerous times to contact the store to sort out my refund as I paid for a warranty incase something like this happened however the store has gotten rid of its option to call directly. Therefore with no way to reach the store in person ( as I don’t live there anymore) and no way to call I’m stuck with a broken $200 monitor and no sort of refund. I need answers!

  Ever since they added new employees our packages have been delayed. THEN I call to get a refund and they tell me their store doesn't give refunds but UPS customer service literally says the stores are responsible for guaranteed service refunds. Before the new employees we didn't have a problem with late packages but now I definitely have to switch stores since this one is NOT RELIABLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES TO GET THERE ON TIME.
