  My husband went to have the notory witness a signing. I called in advance and emailed her about him coming in.. she was rude and condemned him because his English was not good.. this behavior towards someone who doesn’t speak good English is not acceptable and treated him badly.. I believe management should let her know how inappropriate her manners were!! He ended up driving all the way to Charlotte to get his papers notarized 😠 It is store #2272 in Greensboro NC October 14 between 5-6pm She said she was the notary when I spoke to her on the phone..

  I was returning an item that I had already placed in a box and printed the mailing label. The attendant was quite helpful - ensuring I didn't need help getting the awkward box in the store during heavy rain and made sure the box was securely closed.

  I’ve been coming here for awhile and today was a breath of fresh air, the new team member Nikki is so nice and helpful, I have been treated so rudely for awhile now I come due to the business I work for using this location and I hated the rude staff until today when I encountered Nikki. Please don’t get rid of this one!

  Holy cow worst employee I’ve come across in at least a year or two. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 3 years since moving to Greensboro and I come pretty often. At least 2 times a month I would say. I’ve always had awesome experiences until recently. This employee KEZIA is horrible. Don’t understand why people just want to have a nasty attitude and treat people horribly for no given reason other then they’re an unkind person. She was so rude right out of the gates and gave so much attitude to just print my shipping label (which I paid $5 for mind you) and tap my box closed. She was even more rude to the gentlemen who came in behind me and he was nothing but nice and polite. And this new “policy” about taping packages?? Promise if I come into this location and she’s ever working I’m leaving and going to fed ex right down the street instead. Guess we’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees these days.
