  This store charges for everything—even a strip of tape you need on a box— and tries to get you to buy it. They even charge for a label that can be scanned, but they want you to print it and charge you for it. I left and went to my old UPS store, where services were free or included, and the process was fast. This place is close by, but I’ll to my current UPS which is a little further, but well worth it.

  They was very nice when I didn't come in with my box they gave me a free bag. I recommend going to this one .

  brought in amazon return and tiktok return, amazon return package was sent back to my address so i had to comeback to the store again to return and they never sent in my tiktok return so now i am out $20 after they convinced us to buy $1 packaging to “protect my return”

  The 2 gentlemen running the store were exceptional in every way. They were both very kind and a pleasure to deal with. They handled a myriad of situations quickly and treated every customer with respect. Just love this new UPS location too. So much closer to my home than having to make a 50 mile round trip. An excellent customer experience!
