  Not a good experience at all. Really poor customer service, I tried to print my business cards and the guys didn't want to adjust the size in their end, I went home readjust it and sent the order online, next day when picking up the colors and picture were completely messed up, and the guy said that's the highest their quality goes, not recommended at all.

  Whatever employee was working the Amazon return customer service counter at around 1pm on 06/18 was incredibly rude and unprofessional and seemed inconvenienced me trying to make returns. Looking at reviews seems to be a common theme about this store, will go up the chain of Staples about it.

  Horribly managed. No workers at the register for over 15 mins so I left. Shopping carts blocking the entry way just a real mess

  Do NOT go for lamination needs. I paid $36 got to my event unrolled the picture and the plastic was peeling apart at the corners. Called store immediately and staff was completely unhelpful and I was made to wait until monday even tho I placed the order on Friday for Saturday and event was Saturday. We had to proceed with our event unsatisfied. Waited until Monday to speak to ANGELA who was NOT able to help due to no receipt. But no further action to provide a solution to satisfy the lack of quality in the service I PAID FOR WITH VIDEO PROOF THAT IT WAS NOT CORRECT. I had to CRY And beg for manager. After explaining and crying because it was a picture of deceased loved one that the manager Will took the extra time to look in the computer found the receipt and NOW I can get a refund. After my mental was disturbed before WORK, grieving for my friend about the gift I gave her mom was NOT DONE RIGHT! thank you for fixing the problem AFTER MY MELTDOWN. how about just do the job correct the first time for the customers. THAT would be better or look for receipt the first time and not tell me "it's out of my hands and nothing you can do" ms Angela. Because now at the end we see there was more you could do but obviously didn't want to do. Train the employees a little bit BETTER to have better quality work so customers don't have to beg and cry over their money being wasted because I work very hard for my money and A funeral is a once in a lifetime moment!!!!! I would NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITH A ONCE IN LIFETIME MOMENT!!!!

  I was trying to checkout and was told by an employee (who was sitting down doing nothing other than on her phone) to go over to another associate after asking her to check me out. There was nobody doing check out and she walked up to the register just to tell me that there was someone “over there” to check me out. The other associate that was bent down just popped up and she was helping another customer with a UPS return. So like, maybe do your job? Or don’t come to work and waste payroll…Smh horrible customer service but I did sign up for rewards so thanks to that associate!
