  Terrible company. Show up hours late. Waste ur time, and doesn’t install correctly. Save ur time and money and go thru a secondary company

  Terrible customer service, bought something from dicks. They sent these people to deliver it. Dicks dropped the ball and didn't have all the equipment boxes. Lady on the phone told my wife she would have the techs possibly come back that day once the other box arrived ( I own a home service buisness and new she was blowing smoke) no way they could double back in the route. But she stated if they couldn't they would call with a few dates to reschedule the install that day. Wife called and texted the csr rep multiple times with no response. Finally received a call back four days later lmfao, I've already put it together myself at that point. Dicks offered full refund and of course didn't honor it so they got away with a few dollars. However I can guarantee that If I ever order anything and see this company is listed for the delivery and installation the order will be canceled. Best advice is get a responsive csr rep, would have been fine if they were just honest and said it's the holidays we are backed up it will be a few days until we contact you. Just don't lie to your customers.

  After reading the previous reviews I became very nervous about my shipment. This system and company is not one I would want to use again. I received a missed call and a VM stating my delivery needed to be scheduled on their website and I did that. Later that night I received an email stating it had to be rescheduled and for me to call. I called the next morning and the worker stated she did not know why AIT sends emails or calls the customer telling them to schedule a delivery date because that is not the way it works. She said they just got my product in last night and now they have to wait for a driver and at that time they will call me within 24 hrs to schedule the delivery. I don't understand and dissatisfied with their system. I ordered my product from QVC and will reach out to them and let them know if this is the company they use for large deliveries, I will no longer order from them also.

  Got a delivery window of 4 hours. After the 4 hours was up I called to find out if they were running late or it was rescheduled without my knowledge. I was told they couldn't get in touch with the delivery terminal in my area because it was passed 5pm. Why have your terminals close knowing customers could still have deliveries around 5? If a delivery is going to be delayed or late you should be notifying the customer via the phone number or email they provided.
