- QMQ MILLERSep 28, 20261.0They suck they will put they delivered my packages in my mailbox and I go down the same day and wow there not in there. They need to put something in their cars so they know for sure they put them in the mailbox. Im tired of paying for things and them not in the mailbox.

The US Postal Service now directs all calls to their stupid and unhelpful automated response 800 service center located who knows where. I need to know when our PO box fee is due…the automated response service line can’t help me with that answer and it won’t allow me to talk with a human. It says “I must help you first.” But it can’t help. It is quite effective at wasting my time, something the post office excels at. The first public calls to privatize the post office were in the late 19th century. It was bad even then. Why we continue to tolerate this dinosaur agency is a tribute to the pinnacle of American government inefficiency and incompetence.

The mail truck is the only car she loves!! And if there’s ever an issue they are the best to deal with! I feel lucky to have them. The kindest most considerate people I know.
