I called to inquire and was put on with who they said was the carrier, no name given, and was rudely met with our doors were locked??? Our business does not have a mailbox, instead they deliver inside these businesses. We had no issue having anyone come inside the business except the mail carrier. She couldn't have tried to come in, she couldn't even give an estimated time of when she tried to deliver it. It makes it hard to confirm why she would have been met with a locked door to a business that is open 9 hours a day if they do not even know what time they tried to deliver mail. Personally, this story seems VERY suspect. Not pleased at all with this site.
